Privacy notice
We collect only what we need to reply to you and plan your trip. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Who we are
BMB Transport & Tours, based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. For anything about your information, email info@bmbtransportandtours.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (876) 804-3023.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- The trip request form: your name, an email address or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, hotel or area, the experiences you're interested in, and any message you write.
- WhatsApp, Instagram or email: whatever you send us there, along with your phone number, profile name or email address.
The trip planner on our home page works only inside your own browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us until you choose to send the message on WhatsApp or the form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To arrange the trip and transfers you confirm, including sharing your name, group size and pickup details with the tour operator for the experiences you book.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
- Our website host, Netlify, receives form submissions and passes them to our bookings inbox. Like any web server, it also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
- WhatsApp is run by Meta. When you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave our site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
- Our email is hosted with Google Workspace.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Our fonts, photos and video are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to any other company. Because of this, there's no cookie banner to accept.
If we ever add cookies or analytics, we'll update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to handle your trip and keep basic business records, then delete them.
Your rights
Under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020 you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@bmbtransportandtours.com and we'll respond as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica.
Keeping it safe
The site is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and it only accepts form submissions back to itself. Please don't send card numbers or passwords through the form or WhatsApp. We'll never ask for them there.
